Father, Inventor, & Visionary for a more sustainable world, Joseph has been pioneering the limits of human architecture and design for most of his life. A protégé of Buckminster Fuller, he has a gift of being able to create almost anything you can imagine. Joseph's legacy starts & ends with transforming the hearts and lives of those lucky enough to spend time in his presence. Co-Founder, Operator, Strategist

Family Man, Entrepreneur, & Spiritualist, Steven became obsessed with off-grid, intentional community after meeting Joseph at Anne Arundel Community College. Since then, he has driven across North America coast to coast 5 times, spending time at various off-grid communities and understanding firsthand what it takes for community to success. A lifetime of business experience has equipped Steven to assemble the right team of experts and leaders for a project of this scope and magnitude.
